Casket, urns offered for ultimate ‘die’ hard Royals fan

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — If you’re looking to go out in style, then Brand Memorials might have something just for you — but only for the ultimate baseball fan.

The company offers 29 teams, including the Royals, in both a casket and urn.

The caskets "are 18-gauge steel with a jet black exterior adorned with wood veneer, team emblems and the world-famous MLB™ Batter emblem," the website says. "The velvet interior is trimmed with an additional team emblem and MLB™ Batter emblem, with a large team emblem on the interior head panel."

There's even an Official MLB™Hologram sticker affixed to back, left bottom corner of the casket.

If you’re planning on getting cremated, urns are "dressed in the official MLB™ team color and logo. Each urn sits atop a ‘home plate’ base boldly outlined in black."

Urns go for $600, while caskets begin around $2,400.
